The food is very good, I ate salt ramen and I can say is one of the best that I've ever ate before. The old man, he's serious and doesn't say things like "welcome", but it's not his obligation either

久し振りに利用しました。 数十年振りです。 かなりの老舗。 ラーメンは醤油ベース。 麺が美味しい。 ラーメンとライス ￥１０５０ ボリューム満点。 らーめん単品は￥８５０ 中華そば風で、素朴な味。 塩ラーメンも有ります。 ラーメンは、 チャーシュー麵のようにおいしい。 もやしがいっぱい、ちょっとゆで気味。 店内は、カウンター席のみで１０人以上は、 入る事出来ます。 駐車場も１０台は十分に止められます。 国道沿いで便利。

もう30年以上前、兵庫県三田市にあったラーメン藤さんによく通っていたのですが閉店。主人が仕事で滋賀方面に行った際に立ち寄ったらとても美味しかったと言っていて、その時初めてチェーン店だということを知りました。 今回たまたま近くに用事があり念願の藤ラーメンさんへ。変わらぬ味に本当に感動です。 この、スープで茹でているかのように味が染みた麺。本当にとても懐かしく美味しかったです。 藤さんの薄くスライスされたチャーシューがとても私好みで、これも変わらない美味しさでした。 お店の方の対応も良く、丁寧に調理されている姿も良かったです。 ごちそうさまでした。
